Dr. Corinne D. Menn, D.O. , FACOG, NCMP

Dr. Menn did her undergraduate studies in biology at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She then went on to medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2000. She completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at New York Medical College and Westchester Medical Center in 2004, where she was elected Chief Resident. There, Dr. Menn received extensive training in high risk obstetrics and complicated gynecologic issues, including gyn oncology and surgery.
After completing residency, Dr. Menn worked in a community health center, providing general OB/GYN care for underserved women. She then went on to work in a busy OB/GYN private practice in Westchester. She then took some time away from private practive to care for her young daughters. Dr. Menn them opened a solo gynecology only practice, designed to allow her to practice the way medicine was meant to be. This means a focus on wellness and preventative care, generous appointment times, and establishing a working relationship with her patients through good communication and respect. After over a decade of experiencing the joys of obstetrical care, Dr. Menn decided to limit her practice to office based gynecology, focusing on areas she feels are often not well addressed or afforded the time patients need in many OB/GYN practices. As she looks to the future, Dr. Menn will now focus exclusively on providing high quality tele-health services tailored to females of all ages.
On a personal note, Dr. Menn is a 19 year survivor of breast cancer, diagnosed at just 28, in the middle of her OB/GYN residency. She underwent multiple surgeries and chemotherapy at the time and is thankful to be healthy today. She owes much to the Young Survival Coalition, the premiere organization that advocates for women under 40 with breast cancer. With their support, Dr. Menn was able to navigate the complex world of cancer treatments as well as the longer term survivorship issues. Through her experience, Dr. Menn can relate well to patients dealing with many female health challenges, as she has faced many of them herself. From menstrual disorders and fertility concerns, breast health and genetic risks, to menopause and a focus on long term wellness, she has the medical knowledge along with the empathy and understanding that can come only from someone who has been there. Some of the most valuable education Dr. Menn received through the years came from her own experiences as a patient, and later as a mother. She looks forward to working with you to focus on your own health challenges and goals.
She has a special interest in pediatric and adolescent gynecology, menopause management, the unique female health concerns of cancer survivors, and preventative care and wellness.
Dr. Menn takes a inclusive approach to health care, and believes in incorporating nutrition, fitness and mind-body medicine in her treatment plans for patients. Investigating the root causes of female health problems is the goal, rather then just treating symptoms. Using evidence based medicine, Dr. Menn incorporates traditional and complimentary approaches to care. Her focus is truly integrative health for females.
Knowing that staying up to date on the best in patient care requires a lifetime of learning, Dr. Menn is active in the following medical societies
